Run a CareMonitor pilot with your service

CareMonitor is care-at-home software built in Ayrshire: rota, visits, medication records, risk flags and family updates in one place. It is in use and being developed, and we are looking for a small number of services to run it properly and tell us where it falls short.

What a pilot is

• An agreed, time-boxed trial with a real part of your service — not a demo account nobody uses.
• We set it up, import what is needed, and train your team.
• You tell us what is wrong with it. That is the point; we would rather hear it now.
• Data stays in the UK (London region) and is covered by a written agreement before anything real goes in.

What a pilot is not

• Not a commitment to buy, and not a rolling contract that starts quietly.
• Not a replacement for your regulatory record-keeping until you are satisfied it can be.
• Not something we will start without talking to you first.
